Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Product Backlog: Own and maintain the product backlog, defining user stories, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the development team is working on the highest value items. Ensure the backlog reflects the product strategy and goals.
2. Collaborate on Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to develop product features from concept to launch. Provide clear requirements, feedback, and guidance to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, update them on progress, and ensure that their needs are reflected in the product roadmap. Manage expectations and maintain transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
4. Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions. Use data and insights to guide the prioritization of features and enhancements.
5. Support Product Strategy: Contribute to the development of the product roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on user needs, market trends, and business goals. Ensure that product initiatives align with Hugeman’s strategic objectives.
6. Ensure Quality and Performance: Work with QA and development teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and perform well in the market. Facilitate testing and validation processes to maintain high product quality.
7. Risk Identification and Management: Identify potential risks in product development and work with the team to mitigate them proactively, ensuring smooth and successful product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
